*Client should cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. 15 minutes late arrival may considered a no-show.
*Service providers reserve the right to refuse service for client with excessive or subsequent late arrival, last-minute cancellations or no shows.
*$20 Deposit is required for EACH APPOINTMENT when you book with Miok. Deposit is not refundable when you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, 15 minutes late arrival, or no-show.
*Limited warranty service will be provided at no cost within 1 WEEK. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty services.
**Please be respectful to our staff. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior and discrimination within the salon will be requested to leave.
